By making any payment or availing any service from HagDos, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

3. Nature of Services

Once a service is initiated, operational costs and efforts are incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request cancellation before service processing has started.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official HagDos email channels.
- If processing has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
4.2 Cancellation by HagDos
HagDos reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a service if:
- Incorrect, false, or misleading information is provided
- Required documents are not submitted within a reasonable time
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance issues arise
- Service delivery becomes impossible due to external factors
5. Refund Policy (General Rules)
Important Notice:
- HagDos service charges are generally non-refundable once processing has started.
- Government fees, statutory charges, portal fees, and third-party payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Payment gateway charges, including applicable GST on payment gateway services, are non-refundable in all cases.
Refunds, if any, are subject to the specific service conditions outlined below.
6. HagDos | PF Services & Consulting – 100% Refund Policy
HagDos follows a fair and customer-focused refund policy for PF services.
100% Service Fee Refund if HagDos:
- Fails to fulfill the committed PF service requirements, or
- Is unable to resolve the client’s PF-related issue due to internal reasons, or
- Cannot complete the service despite full cooperation and correct documentation from the client
👉 100% of the HagDos service fee will be refunded
Excluding:
- Payment gateway charges
- GST or taxes charged by the payment gateway
No refund will be provided if failure or delay occurs due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or fake documents submitted by the client
- Lack of cooperation or delayed response from the client
- Decisions, rejections, or delays by EPFO or government authorities
7. HagDos | e-Services India – Conditional Refund Policy
For services under HagDos | e-Services India:
- If HagDos is unable to complete the requested service due to internal processing limitations, or
- If the service cannot be resolved despite proper documentation
👉 HagDos will refund the full service amount
Excluding:
- Official government portal charges already paid
- Statutory or compliance fees
- Payment gateway charges (including GST)
Once government fees or portal charges are paid, those amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Training & Program Fees
- Fees paid for training programs, workshops, or courses are non-refundable once the program has started.
- If a program is cancelled by HagDos, eligible refunds may be processed as per internal review.
9. No Guarantee of Approval
Critical Notice: HagDos does NOT guarantee approval, sanction, certification, or successful outcome of any service. Final decisions are taken by respective government departments, authorities, banks, or third-party institutions.
Refunds will NOT be issued due to rejection, delay, or non-approval by such authorities.
10. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund (if applicable):
- Submit a written request from your registered email ID
- Mention service details and reason for the refund request

All refund requests are reviewed internally, and HagDos’s decision shall be final.
11. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, where possible

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Denial of future service requests
Clients are encouraged to contact HagDos first for resolution.
