Rohit Karmkar is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HagDos, an IT company headquartered in Bengaluru, India and established in Katihar, Bihar on 18 March 2020. At its core, HagDos provides IT Services & Consulting, and around that core he has built a family of subsidiaries — HagDos EPF Services & Consulting, HagDos Loan, HagDos e-Government Services India, and HagDos Careers & Trainings — each led directly under his oversight.
Under his leadership, HagDos’s e-Government Services platform has scaled to more than 500 services, while HagDos Careers & Trainings focuses on soft-skill development and job-oriented training, with particular emphasis on preparing software engineers for the industry. Both reflect a principle he has applied since day one: build the capability in-house, then make it available at scale.
Beyond the balance sheet, Rohit Karmkar views HagDos’s growth as inseparable from India’s own progress in software and technology, and has invested steadily in the people and platforms needed to sustain that growth across every subsidiary.
His approach to leadership is measured and detail-oriented — an insistence that every HagDos subsidiary be developed and improved with the same rigour as the parent Company. It is this discipline that has carried HagDos from a founding idea in Bihar in 2020 to a multi-division Corporation headquartered in Bengaluru today.
